Private 1:1 coaching is the most hands on and highest touch level of nutrition coaching that we offer.
It ALSO happens to be our bread and butter of services - to us, there is NOTHING better than the connection and relationships we build with our clients through 1:1.
Yes, we will tackle all things nutrition & work towards your goals in a way that fits YOUR lifestyle. But beyond that, we emphasize behavior change, habits, mindset shifts, navigating your limiting beliefs, and so much more!
From our initial zoom call, to your custom to you macro count, in-depth weekly check-ins, PLUS daily text/voice memo access to your coach, you will never feel alone.
so, what exactly is included?

When you join 1:1 coaching, you will get:
- Initial onboarding zoom call where we deep dive into your questions & talk strategy.
- Custom macro count based on your dieting history, lifestyle, and goals.
- Carb/calorie cycling options if needed
- Scheduled diet breaks
- Custom progress spreadsheet to track your intake, progress, biofeedback, workouts, and to share your reflections, roadblocks, etc for each week
- My Fitness Pal or Macros First diary sharing & audits
- Deep dive weekly check-ins - Your coach will review and access your progress tracker, biofeedback, reflections, and MFP diary. Your coach will give private and personalized feedback, recommendations, and make adjustments to your macros as necessary.Â
- Daily texting or voice note access to your coach for questions, encouragement, or hype via Voxer app
- Phone calls or zooms available upon request
- Access the the Master Your Macros educational portal - with over 10 hours of video lessons, tutorials, and Q&As
- Access to any group coaching communities while you are a 1:1 client
